Mykonos can be reached by ferry and by national and international flights. It is connected to several Greek ports all year round, including Piraeus (port of Athens).
There are two ports on Mykonos, the Old port and the New port. Ferries arrive at both of them.

There is a bus service connecting most of the island’s villages and points of interest from May to early October. During the rest of the year, connections are much more limited but still existing for the most important villages.
